30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless covered under an approved warranty claim:

  • Products that show evidence of installation, use, modification, damage, or improper handling
  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, including but not limited to batteries, paint, and chemicals
  • Wheels or tires that have been mounted or installed

Return Requirements

To help ensure your return is accepted and processed promptly, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Place the manufacturer’s packaging inside a separate shipping carton (“over-box”). Do not apply shipping labels, tape, or other markings directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Returns received with damaged manufacturer packaging may be refused, as the item can no longer be resold as new.
  • If you no longer have the original shipping materials, we recommend using a UPS Store, FedEx Office, or another professional shipping service to properly package your return.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, or missing components may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty issue.
  • Promotional items, free gifts, or special-offer products included with your purchase must also be returned. If they are not returned, the retail value may be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

International orders are generally not eligible for return. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

If your return is the result of an error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How to Start a Return

Online Return Request

  1. Locate your Order Confirmation email or text message.
  2. Click “View Your Order.”
  3. On the order page, select “Request Return.”
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

You may also sign in to your account using the email address associated with your order and initiate a return from your order history.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.

Items returned without prior authorization or a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the claim is verified, we will provide either a replacement or a refund based on your preference and product availability.

To help us process your claim, photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or issue are required.

Important

  • If your item arrives damaged, do not remove it from its original packaging.
  • If a defect or damage is discovered after installation or an attempted installation, contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval, less any applicable fees. Returned items must meet our eligibility and condition requirements to qualify for a full refund.

Items that do not meet these requirements may qualify for a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process and inspection requirements as returns.

Eligible exchanges include:

  • Replacement of damaged or defective products
  • Replacement of incorrect products
  • Exchange for an item of equal value

If the replacement item has a higher value than the original purchase, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval under the terms of this Return Policy.
